We were first approached by the Healthy Body team after a marketing presentation we gave with the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. New owners, Alex & Sarah contacted us and we connected with them right away. We have since worked on a wide range of projects with them and feel like we are a part of the Healthy Body team.
Strategy & Targeting
In order to support our clients’ success we need to have a deep understanding of who they are and how they operate, but more importantly we need to understand their target audience. As such, we completed a deep-dive to research their market reach, developed an outline of their immediate lines of communication, and prepared an overview of audience profiles. This work became the cornerstone of information needed when developing their branding, content, and finally their active marketing including social media ad campaigns.
When developing a new brand identity there are several factors that we hold in high regard; colour psychology, symbolism, memorability, legibility, and innate visual meaning, among other things. For this branding project we wanted to draw attention and alignment to the words “HEAL” and “BODY” as a subtle actionable statement. We also used colours and symbolism that denoted healthy living and the connective nature of our lifestyles.
The process for the new Healthy Body website included an audit of the existing website, a review of the audience profiles, and development of fresh new content including video testimonials, custom services icons, and new clinician headshots. We included the integration of their external booking platform and provided training on how to edit/update the new website so that they could continue to keep the site current with no additional expense. We also placed a priority on ensuring that the site (as with all of our builds) was optimized for mobile and search.
We had the pleasure of capturing genuine appreciation and emotion from some of Healthy Body’s patients. We set up our film session in their open activity space and came prepared with starter questions to open dialogue and spark genuine conversation. We also prepared the appropriate model release sign-off documentation in order to make sure that all of the background legal obligations were covered. In the end, we were able to capture, edit, and produce heartfelt video content that we have since been able to leverage for the website as well as active campaigning on social media.
An online image is often the first impression people will receive for our clients. For a health care clinic this impression is even more critical. We wanted to make sure that their prospective patients could see what we see in them; a caring and professional group of people who have dedicated their lives to the service and health of their community.
With all new branding in-hand, we wanted to make sure that the Healthy Body team were looking their best in every touch point they needed. As a result we created new business cards, an informational tri-fold brochure, and clinic signs/banners.
