
An Ovation for Healthcare™
Poised for expansion during a global crisis, the multi-national startup, Hand-in-Scan™, first approached us to guide and manage their marketing communications and branding strategy mid-2020. We were eager to support this highly-innovative system and get it into the hands of healthcare workers all over the world. We saw great success working with the visionary team behind this life-saving hand hygiene system.

Strategy & Targeting
A world-class innovation surely requires a deeply strategic approach to communications and branding; our team was up for the task. We were able to work through a complete overview of market research, target demographics, and a unique global brand positioning strategy that leverage and aligned with world-renowned brands and assets that elevated the Hand-in-Scan™ Systems brand. This led to clear understanding of their branding platform in line with their ambitious future goals.
Branding
We had a wonderfully-unique opportunity to create a delicate and intricate branding hierarchy with this project. We were able to develop a deep understanding of existing assets and rights of usage that date back hundreds of years. This provided us with great challenges and inspiring solutions that applied many aspects of branding that we have acquired in the last 20+ years of experience as lifelong students in our field of expertise.
Website Creation
The process for the new Healthy Body website included an audit of the existing website, a review of the audience profiles, and development of fresh new content including video testimonials, custom services icons, and new clinician headshots. We included the integration of their external booking platform and provided training on how to edit/update the new website so that they could continue to keep the site current with no additional expense. We also placed a priority on ensuring that the site (as with all of our builds) was optimized for mobile and search.
Video Production
We had the pleasure of capturing genuine appreciation and emotion from some of Healthy Body’s patients. We set up our film session in their open activity space and came prepared with starter questions to open dialogue and spark genuine conversation. We also prepared the appropriate model release sign-off documentation in order to make sure that all of the background legal obligations were covered. In the end, we were able to capture, edit, and produce heartfelt video content that we have since been able to leverage for the website as well as active campaigning on social media.
Cornerstone Presentation Materials
An online image is often the first impression people will receive for our clients. For a health care clinic this impression is even more critical. We wanted to make sure that their prospective patients could see what we see in them; a caring and professional group of people who have dedicated their lives to the service and health of their community.

Marketing Collateral
In hot pursuit of traditional and emerging verticals to connect with, we were able to create support collateral that represented the unique nature of the systems while being cognizant of the time constraints of our audience; healthcare workers and decision-makers. The result took shape in the form of easy to navigate and absorb flyer and presentations materials.
